Refunds
Accountaneur, among other services and products, also sells digital products (ebooks). All purchases are pre-orders unless stated otherwise. When you place an order, your payment method is charged in full at the time of purchase, and your ebook is delivered electronically on the stated launch date.
All sales are final. Once your ebook has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of use, duplicate purchase, or dissatisfaction with the content. This applies to all customers in all locations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Delivery is made by email to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery email. Non-delivery caused by an incorrect email you supplied does not entitle you to a refund.
If Accountaneur fails to deliver your ebook at all, your sole remedy is a full refund of the amount paid. See note below:
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy, and you expressly consent to delivery of digital content on the stated launch date.
