Certified CAS Professional (CCP) Program
If you enroll in the CCP program, we also collect your name, email address and firm name. We also keep your course progress, quiz and exam results, any capstone plan you submit, and the certificates you earn. We use this information to run the course, issue and verify certificates, send course emails, and review capstone submissions.
If your firm enrolls you through a team seat, the person who bought the seats can see your course progress, exam results and certificates.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email address, the amount paid and the payment status with us. The course runs on Google services (Google Sites, Apps Script, Sheets, Drive and Gmail), so Google stores this information on our behalf.
When you earn a certificate, anyone who has its certificate ID can confirm your name, the credential and the date it was issued on our public verification page. If you choose to add a certificate to LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies to what you share there.
To keep you signed in, the course stores a sign-in token in your browser’s local storage. Signing out removes it.
We send course emails and occasional newsletters to enrolled learners. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your course access.
We may decline or cancel an enrollment at our discretion, including enrollments from competing training providers. We keep certificate records for as long as the program operates so that certificates stay verifiable. You can ask us to delete the rest of your course data at any time. Deleting your account also cancels your certificates.
