Certified CAS Professional (CCP) Program Terms of Use
Effective October 22, 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or buy any level of the Certified CAS Professional (CCP) program from Accountaneur LLC (“Accountaneur®”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to them.
1. What you get. Each level you enroll in gives you online access to its lessons, worksheets, quizzes and final exam for as long as we operate the program. If we ever close the program, we will give at least 60 days’ notice by email so you can download your worksheets and certificates.
2. Payments and final sale. Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full when you buy. Paid levels are digital products with instant access, so all sales are final and non-refundable, including for change of mind or lack of use. If we fail to give you access to a level you paid for and cannot fix it within 14 days of you telling us, your remedy is a full refund of that purchase. Personal upgrade prices shown inside your account are for you alone and cannot be transferred.
3. One person per enrollment. Your account and enrollment are for you only. Sharing your sign-in, lessons or exam access with anyone else is not allowed. For team access, contact us about firm pricing.
Team seats. A firm may buy seats and assign them to its staff. The firm can see each seat holder’s course progress, exam results and certificates. A seat may be reassigned only before its holder starts the lessons. Seats are final sale like all other purchases.
Certificate renewal. Certificates for CCP Levels 1 to 3 are valid for 12 months from issue. To keep them current, the holder pays the annual renewal fee (currently $97, covering every level held) and passes that year’s update quiz. Certificates not renewed within 60 days after their due date show as expired on the verification page, and the holder may stop using the credential until it is renewed. The CAS Basics Certificate of Completion does not expire.
4. Exams and certificates. Exams must be your own work, completed without help from another person. Capstone plans must be about a real firm and written by you. We may refuse, suspend or revoke a certificate if we find cheating, impersonation, misrepresentation or a breach of these terms, and the verification page will then show it as revoked.
5. Using the credential. You may describe yourself as holding the credential printed on your certificate while it remains valid. CCP is a professional certificate program issued by Accountaneur®. It is not a license, it does not carry CPE credit, and it is not endorsed by the AICPA, NASBA or any state board. Do not present it as any of these.
6. Our content. Lessons, worksheets, exams and certificate designs belong to Accountaneur® and Hitendra R. Patil. You may use worksheets inside your own firm and with your own clients. You may not copy, resell, republish or share course content or exam questions, or use it to build a competing course.
7. No professional advice. The program is education. It is not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice for any specific situation, and you remain responsible for your own professional judgment and compliance with your professional standards.
8. Right to decline. We may decline or cancel any enrollment at our discretion, including enrollments from competing training providers. If we cancel an enrollment you paid for for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund that purchase.
9. Chargebacks. If you open a payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access until it is resolved.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for the level involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost clients.
11. Changes. We may update lessons to keep them current, and we may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
